Hand & Upper Limb Therapy
Initial Assessment (45 mins): $165
Subsequent Visit (30 mins): $110
Custom rigid thermoplastic splinting
Splint prices vary and depend on the size and complexity. The price is a combination of the therapist’s time (typically 45 minutes/$165) and splint materials (range from $30-200).
Payment is received after the splint is fabricated and in most cases you take it home the same day. Check your insurance for coverage - it may fall under “splints and braces” or “orthopedic devices”.
After you book
We need a credit card to secure your appointment spot but actual payment is made after the session. We accept all credit and debit cards.
After booking online, you will receive an email with your appointment details.
Please arrive just a few minutes before your appointment start time. This keeps the number of people in the waiting room to a minimum. Your therapist will greet you at your appointment time.
Our cancellation policy
We hold your appointment for you and you only. Our clinic policy requires 48 hours notice for any cancellations otherwise the full appointment fee is charged to your credit card.
If you need to cancel or change an appointment within 48 hours of an appointment, you won’t be able to do so online. You must leave us a voicemail or send an email to info@vancouverhandclinic.com.
